  • Jan 3 – Health Is Wealth: Digestive Health Class. Learn how enzymes support digestion, energy, and overall gut balance. Taught by Dr Deborah Feebish ND

  • Jan 10 – How Emotional Blocks Affect Us All. Discover how stored emotions impact your health—and what you can do about it. Taught by Ross Riddel.

  • Jan 17 – The Benefits of Acupuncture. Featuring Dr. Monte Jackson. Learn how acupuncture can improve pain, stress, sleep, and more.

  • Jan 21 – Group Grocery Tour @ Wegmans. A tour where we walk the aisles together and talk through healthy choices, labels, and pantry swaps. Taught by Elizabeth Howard, MSC, FNTP, CNS, LDN.

  • Jan 24 – The Importance of Core Strength & Flexibility. Learn how to build stability, reduce pain, and strengthen your foundation...and why this matters!

  • Jan 31 – Yoga Class. A gentle, restorative class to close out the month and reset your nervous system. Taught bt Patricia Bryant.
