I'm a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of clinical experience in cardiac, transplant, and renal nursing, along with patient education and advocacy. Through Reedy Creek Wellness, I bring that clinical foundation to whole-person wellness coaching, helping people understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and feel confident in their physician-directed care.
I specialize in guiding clients through real-life challenges like weight changes, metabolic health, perimenopause and menopause, and new medical diagnoses. My approach is clear, compassionate, and aligned with your physician's plan, so you always feel supported, not overwhelmed.
I offer virtual 1:1 coaching and in-person wellness classes in the Richmond, VA area. Every plan focuses on practical steps that fit your life and deliver steady, meaningful progress.
